Privacy

What we collect

• The essay you submit, and the prompt and school you pick for it.
• Anything you type in the optional activities fields.
• Your email address.
• Your IP address, used only to limit free reviews.

Who else sees it

• Anthropic — your essay is sent to their API to produce the review. Under their commercial terms it is not used to train models.
• Resend — sends your report link and receives your email address.
• Stripe — handles payment. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else, including schools.

How long we keep it

Your essay and report stay stored so you can reopen them, until you ask us to delete them. Email support@nudgelearn.app and we will delete your essays, reports and address within 30 days.

Students under 18

Most college applicants are 17 or 18. If you are under 18, use this with a parent’s permission. We do not knowingly collect anything from children under 13.
